Chichén Itzá is inheritance of Mayan archeology, which still in complete and good state. According to ‘knot of Mayan Culture’ from Chilam Balam, the temple of Chichén Itzá is built in 502-522 century, while the other version approximate this temple was made around 800 century.

The Mayan taken this temple as place to live for 200 years, before the moved to Campeche beach. Kukulkan pyramid in this temple complex is believed as the central of Mayan politics and economy, which be in Yucatan peninsula ( now Mexico ).

The Chichén Itzá temple area were wide enough with a lot of temples, whereas each of the temples were separated one another. In the middle of the area there was El Castilo ( palace ). El Castilo also formed like pyramid, but with dull roof-edge.

Every March 21st and September 23rd, where having the same duration of night and day, whereas by day, the stares of the temple is shadowed. An optical illusion will result like there are many snakes climb over to the temple, but on the next day, it looks like the snakes are rolling down the temple.
