- Sibolangit Rain Forest
The Sibolangit forest is a piece of tropical rain forest in Sumatra. Administratively in Sibolangit, the district of Deli Serdang, Sumatra.
Since Sibolangit forest an example of rain forest, it has complete nature’s relief, the mountain range, wildlife, the river flows and plants. this can be a very good spot for the backpacker.
As a vacationland, the Sibolangit forest has so many to offer, the ones which has been generally known and recomended are :
- Sibolangit Vacation Park
- Sibolangit Natural Park, and
- Sibolangit Forestry Park.
In the rainy season, the water flows will spread on to 2 metres wide, but the water height in not more than an adult’s calf.

I always think Sumatra is a place full of disasters, But it has such a beautiful rain forest!
I have seen many stories happen in Rain forest in movies, But never have chance to visit one!
