Jabal Harun
Mount Harun ( Jabal Harun) or Mount Hor or El-Barra is the highest land in Petra area. Jabal Harun is often visited by tourists, the believe Jabal Harun’s peak was the place where the funeral Prophet Harun. This is where the Prophet Harun died and then buried by Prophet Mouses.

Islam presents in Jordan by 7C. Prophet Harun arrived in Jordan along with Prophet Mouse, when taking his people out or Egypt during King Firaun/Pharaoh.
In 14th Century, a mosque was built in white dome and can be seen from the area around Petra. And Propher Harun’s grave in Jabal Harun has become a sacred place for Muslim, in addition to Jewish and Christians.
