Hot and Spicy Chicken Dish is definitely an Indonesian taste, it’s spicy, a bit hot and thick.

According to the name, this cuisine taste Hot and Spicy caused by the mixing of spices, and completed with coconut milk as the final touch.

Written bellow, here’s the complete recipe

Ingredients :

a half once on chicken liver, clean thoroughly
2 once on chicken heart, clean thoroughly
1 small cucumber, slice
2 fragrant grass,
2 teaspoon of tamarind
50 grams of margarine
3 bay leaves
3 glasses of heavy coconut milk
Gourmet powder

milled spices :

3 pieces of garlics
4 pieces of red chilly
2 cm of ginger
2 cm of turmeric
2 cm of galingale
10 pieces of black pepper
a half big onion ( Bombay onion )
5 onions
1 tablespoon of walnut, cook the 3 pieces of it
2 teaspoon of dill
palm sugar
salt.

directions :

fry milled spices with margarine,
put in the fragrant grass, bay leaves, tamarind.
stir and mixed it ’til fragrant
put in chicken livers and hearts, cook a while.
pour coconut milk, cook till the textures soft and tender.
last, put in the sliced cucumber. cook a while and lift from fire.

ready to serve.
